Story of Empathy and Change: Introducing Never Forget Omar by Amira Shahin

We are excited to introduce Never Forget Omar, a beautifully written children's book by  mental health educator and author, Amira Shahin. Amira's work spans mental health education, counseling, and self-management, helping individuals aged 5-25 foster positive well-being through her private practice and mental health workshops. Her books are featured in libraries, schools, and bookstores across Australia.

Never Forget Omar is not just a children's story but a powerful call to action. It follows Koko, a curious and kind-hearted seven-year-old, who learns about Omar, a child living in the shadow of conflict. Through this lens of innocence, the book encourages empathy and gratitude while empowering children to become advocates for change.

A portion of the proceeds from this inspiring book will go to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund, helping to support children growing up in conflict zones.

PCRF extends heartfelt thanks to Amira Shahin for her generous contribution through Never Forget Omar, supporting our mission to bring hope and healing to children in need.

Don’t miss out on this compelling story that makes a difference, one page at a time.
